Founder & Managing Partner of Rorion Capital, Bhavana is an engineer by training with over 20 years of proven operator experience in aerospace defense, AI-driven efficiency, and business growth. As the former Vice President of Strategic Programs & Partnerships at a late-stage AI startup, she led the development of innovative AI solutions for aerospace and defense clients and managed strategic accounts across North America. Bhavana is passionate about acquiring and scaling SMBs into enduring growth platforms that seamlessly integrate operational excellence with technology transformation and innovation.
Deeply dedicated to honoring the legacy of great founders, Bhavana values the culture, relationships, and principles that have driven their success.
