About Bhavana Brar
Founder & Managing Partner of Rorion Capital and Executive MBA Candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (Class of 2026). Engineer by training with over 20 years of proven operator experience, leadership in engineering, AI strategy, and business growth. Former Vice President of Strategic Programs & Partnerships at a late-stage AI startup, where she led aerospace & defense client AI solutions and strategic account management across North America. Passionate about acquiring and scaling SMBs into enduring growth platforms that combine operational excellence with innovation.
Bhavana is deeply passionate about honoring the legacy of great founders — the culture, relationships, and principles that built their success. Through Rorion Capital, she seeks to carry that legacy forward, combining it with technology, AI, and operational excellence to unlock new levels of growth and resilience.
She believes that the best companies are built on human connection, integrity, and customer-centricity, and that innovation should strengthen — not replace — those foundations. Born and raised in India, Bhavana came to the United States to pursue her Master’s degree at Texas A&M University, an experience that shaped both her professional journey and her life. She met her husband there — both proud Aggies — and together they’ve made their home in Texas with their two children and an energetic Australian Shepherd.
Outside of work, Bhavana finds joy in giving back to her community, often volunteering with her son at local food banks and organizations supporting children.
